What Exactly is the Mukhymantri Sarthi Yojana?

The government knows that having the right skills is the only way to get a solid job today. So, they created this initiative to give you industry-level knowledge without charging you a single penny. It is completely free! The Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS) runs this entire program, ensuring that whatever you learn actually matches real-world job requirements.

They follow strict national standards, which means your training certificate will be recognized and respected by companies everywhere. You do not just learn technical stuff; they also teach you soft skills and basic computer knowledge, which every single employer looks for today. On top of that, you do not have to buy anything. The centers will give you a free uniform, a handbook, and all the practical tools you need for your specific course.

Who Gets the Most Benefit?

The government wants to make sure that people who usually face difficulties get the first chance. So, this scheme places a huge focus on marginalized groups. If you belong to the SC or ST category, if you are a woman, if you have any physical disabilities, or if you belong to the transgender community, this scheme is specially built to support your dreams and bring you forward in life.

Monthly Allowance Details (Rozgar Protsahan Bhatta)

This is the absolute best part of this scheme. Let us say you finish your long training, but you cannot find a job right away. You do not need to worry or stress about money! The government gives you a special unemployment allowance called the Rozgar Protsahan Bhatta.

This cash support goes straight into your bank account while you keep searching for a job. Also, if you do not live at the training center and have to travel daily from your home, you get a transport allowance. Take a look at the breakdown table below to see exactly how much money is allotted for each category.

Beneficiary Category Monthly Allowance Amount
Boys (Unemployed post-training) ₹1,000 per month
Girls (Unemployed post-training) ₹1,500 per month
Transgender Individuals ₹1,500 per month
Persons with Disabilities (PwD) ₹1,500 per month
Non-Residential Travel Support ₹1,000 per month
Total Maximum Duration for Cash Support 12 Months (1 Full Year)

Simple Eligibility Rules

Before you get your documents ready, check if you are eligible. The rules are very easy to follow:

  • Resident Status: You absolutely must be a permanent resident of Jharkhand state.
  • Age Limit: Your age must fall between 18 and 35 years.
  • Target Groups: You must belong to the priority groups like SC, ST, women, PwD, or transgender.

Documents You Must Have Ready

Keep these papers safe in a folder before you go to register. You will need a recent passport-size photograph. Most importantly, you need your original Aadhaar card because the entire registration system is Aadhaar-based. Finally, bring your bank passbook so they can link your account for the monthly allowance money.

Complete Application Process (Offline & Online)

Applying for this scheme is very straightforward. The government has given you two different ways to do it. You can either walk into a local center and do it offline, or you can easily register yourself online sitting right at home.

Method 1: The Offline Application Process

If you do not want to deal with computers or websites, simply gather all your required documents and visit your nearest Training Service Provider (TSP) center. You can find these authorized centers easily in your district. Just tell the staff there that you wish to enroll in the Mukhymantri Sarthi Yojana. They will check your Aadhaar card on their computer system right there, help you fill out a basic physical form, and assign you to the next available training batch. It is very quick and hassle-free.

Method 2: The Step-by-Step Online Registration

If you prefer to apply online using your mobile or laptop, follow these exact steps carefully:

  1. Go to the Official Portal: First, open the official Jharkhand Skill Development Mission website. Look for the 'Registration' tab on the main menu and click on 'Candidate Registration'.
  2. Create Your Profile: A form will open up. You need to type in your first name, last name, and choose a new username and password. Then, enter your Aadhaar card number, date of birth, gender, mobile number, and email ID. When you hit submit, the system will send your new User ID and password straight to your phone via SMS and email.
  3. Login and Verify OTP: Come back to the login page. Enter the username and password you just received. A One Time Password (OTP) will come to your registered mobile number. Enter it to fully activate your account.
  4. Fill in the Main Details: Once you are safely logged in, go to the 'Registration' link again. Here, you will add your personal information. You can also add your bank account details now so your monthly allowance money comes without any issues later.
  5. Add Education and Address: Next, put in your full home address and contact details. After that, fill in your education details. If you have not studied much, do not worry! Just select the local languages you can speak and understand.
  6. Final Submission: Check all your typed details one last time and click save and submit to the TSP. The computer will generate a unique Registration ID for you, and you will get a final confirmation message. You are all done!

Very Important Note: No matter which method you choose, your Aadhaar card number is absolutely mandatory. The system checks it to make sure nobody applies twice and to prevent duplicate entries.

This is a golden chance to upgrade your life, learn new things, and get financial backup at the same time. Do not sit at home and miss out on this. Grab your documents and take the first step towards a bright future today!
